Promote awareness on saving human lives and encourage individuals, regardless of gender, age or ability, to be involved in sports and physical fitness activities and help everyone enjoy life to its fullest.

- Provide knowledge and training in all types of sports and counseling for health and physical fitness to individuals and groups.
- Offer exciting swimming and water sport programs for the public.
- Organize challenging sport tournaments for athletes and recreational sport competitions for non-athletes or amateurs.
- Arrange special sport activities and physical education for people with special needs.
- Supply pro-active professional lifeguards to ensure safety in the swimming pools and beaches and manage lifesaving programs.
- Facilitate lifesaving and CPR training to promote awareness and to impart knowledge and best ways in saving people’s lives.
- Assist in maintaining and caring of sport facilities and equipment.
